Robin Tudge is an actor and author. Brought up in south London and educated at Dulwich
College, he’s sold ice-cream in Chicago, taught English in Moscow and Hanoi and worked
as a journalist in Beijing, going on to write a pioneering guidebook on North Korea.
As well as being published in over a score of publications worldwide, he’s written
three books, with a speaking tour about his latest book, the No Nonsense Guide to
Global Surveillance, taking in Newcastle’s Lit and Phil Society, the Edinburgh book
fringe and Berlin. In 2008 he reprised a love of acting and is foraying into theatre
and film from his home in Newcastle, where he lives with his wife Dawn.
